At the same time as the 6th Scientific Forum organized by the UNESCO, the French longevitv.com webTV magazine organized on November 28 and 29, 2009, the first "Aging Well" forum.
The addressed topics were memory and forgetting, activity and longevity: moving, working, loving, coming to terms with aging, seeing well until age 100, arthritis, arthrosis, and osteoporosis, skin, heart and vessels, and finally nutrition, with many guests speakers.
During this event, Michel Noir, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SBT, took the floor on how to maintain memory skills.
